For people who keep a rod close.
Angler Beacon is a practical library for anglers: what to use, where to go, and how to understand the fish you are after.
A practical fishing resource
The original archive contains years of destination guides, gear roundups, species explainers, and how-to articles. This version preserves that useful material in a lightweight, static format built to load quickly on the dock, at the lake, or wherever the signal is weak.
Who runs it
Angler Beacon is run by Pepe, a lifelong angler from Kenai, Alaska. In Pepe’s words: “My father taught me to fish on the Kenai, and I’ve been at it for as long as I can remember.” Salmon, halibut and trout — fly, spin, charters and ice. More about Pepe →
Editorial approach
Articles are organized for clarity and quick scanning. Product links may be affiliate links, but the goal stays the same: help readers make a more informed choice before they spend money or head to the water.
